Putting up the harvest: Update

I've been busy the past couple of days...making spaghetti sauce, salsa and strawberry jelly.  Here are the pictures of the fruits of my labor LOL

5.5qts of Spaghetti sauce and 9 (there were 10 lol) 12oz jars of salsa:

15.5 jars of Strawberry jelly...I think the little jars may not jell well..so they may end up being syrup LOL

And last but not least...the stuff from last year that the big girls put up and forgot where they put it and SWORE we didn't have anymore LOL   There were three jars of peach jam, 4 jars of pickled hot peppers and one jar of pickles LOL  It was almost like Christmas!

Wow, I just got done canning 5 quarts of homemade spaghetti sauce and 10 12oz jars of homemade salsa!  Damn, I'm tired LOL  Tomorrow...strawberry jam!

Poor, Sad and Pathetic

I have a hard time fathoming how someone can be so socially inept that the only relationships they seem to be able to have comes from the internet.  It must truly be a sad sad life.   It must really wear on ones mental state...it especially seems to.  Even to the point that she feels as though "they" are out to get her and that she is the only person who seems to know how the internet works.   Yeah, I read your blog cause quite frankly, it is kinda funny in a sad pitiful sorta way.   Fairytales indeed...at least I have real living breathing people in my life...I don't have to rely on animals for my social interaction.  And you keep mentioning slander and libel...I really don't think you have too firm a grasp on the American justice system...besides all that what are you gonna do sue me with your disability check?  Get a grip.   As for the anonymous comments...those have nothing to do with me.   I have never had a problem leaving you a comment with my name...you just chose not to post it.  I've tried to let you know since you seem to guard your laughable attempts at privacy so well..that there is information all over the internet about you just a short Google search away.  My personal favorite is the angelfire web page with over 60+ pages  from about 1999.  How freakin' simple can you be?

I understand you are lonely, poor and disabled.  Please feel free to keep reading my blog.  It brings me great pleasure to know that maybe it is a small light in your otherwise dismal life.  Also, please keep visiting Friends from ST...I know that brings you joy as well LOL  but alas you did burn the membership bridge with your wildly jealous accusations, sorry.

For the record, I have real life friends and family that have sat by and read all the stupid shit from you they can take.  Since I am pretty sure you won't be posting their comments, they have asked that I post them here for others to read...just so they will know just how underhanded you really are.  And BTW they have left their names and blog addresses as well just in case you'd like to try and take them on as well LOL.

You all are pathetic and obviously don’t know anything about  rkintn.  Yes, she is reading your blog to see what other nasty underhanded things you have said, but make no mistake she is not a coward.  Nor would she have any reason to use anything other than her own name.  Sounds to me like your troll has gotten in on the fun.  Also, seems to me if you know what’s on her blog than  you’ve been looking on hers as much as she yours.  Maybe, you’re the swine of which you speak?   Either way, rkintn is my best friend of MANY years and she is nothing of which you suggest.  If you don’t like the choices she made with her board that she so kindly spent all of her time and energy starting, then start your own damn board! 

Ps. Seems to me as well, that if you have all this time and typing ability then maybe you aren’t as disabled as you say you are?  You know, rkintn works from home taking phone calls and placing orders over the internet while at home taking care of her children.  Maybe your talent would be better served doing something a little more productive than living off of tax payers dollars.

Weekend plans and other thoughts

So, while writing out the check for my daughter's last month of tuition for this school year..it hit me.  The damn year is officially half over!  So, crap now I gotta start thinking about Christmas..that is totally freakin' depressing LOL

Then I remembered that the 4th of July is this weekend, too!  As a secret pyro lol  this is one of my all time favorite holidays...I just really like to light stuff on fire and watch it go BOOM with all the pretty colors lmao  and I have no idea just where I am going to be spending it.  There are several options open but due to some other  things going on, none of them sound just right.  *Sigh* So, who knows where we or I will end up this weekend.

Kids at the lake

My oldest daughter and her boyfriend took the other three kids to the lake today for some serious water fun.   I am happy to report they all returned in one piece...tired and very happy!  Here are some highlights of their day:

Katie spent a few hours on Friday honing her beautician skills on her beloved Bratz head doll.  Thank you, Randy...she was so quiet and good during this time it was worth it's weight in gold LOL

The signs of the kids growing up are slow and diabolical.  The change is so gradual that sometimes you don't really notice they've grown 3 inches in the past few months or how they are maturing and noticing the world around them, complete with their own little opinions..til one day they say something so astute it just floors you.  But there is  one sign for sure that you cannot ignore that says...I am growing up and you can't stop me and that would be...the losing of the baby teeth LOL   What a totally awkward but completely adorable stage. 

Cowards, backstabbers and other assorted villians LOL

Some people  have totally too much time on their hands.  I mentioned the growing pains on the message board that I started and it seems the tinfoil contingent has decided to march off to their own Shangri La LOL  I find it very amusing that the self appointed ringleader considers herself so computer savvy and hermitish that she just couldn't fathom the idea of opening parts of the board up to public viewing with memberships still needing approval..but yet she posts her her personal business  including name all over a very public blog that can be found with a very short internet search.  Tsk Tsk  who is the poor das Kind that doesn't understand how the internet works?  Just a word to the wise...maybe you shouldn't post your full name over your pictures in an attempt to keep someone from copying them...it would make it a little more difficult for the internet trolls not to find you or years worth the information I am sure you would rather they did not have.

Also,  here is to cowards that send nasty little blog comments LOL  I would love nothing more than for everyone to see your backstabbing in action so here you go...You are welcome LOL  Margie, honey, your tinfoil hat has come loose, I think.

Diplomacy my FAT ASS, you and Nick decided what you wanted to do and you did it, you don't give two tin shits about being diplomatic or how anyone feels other than youself!!

I used to really like and respect you, and maybe you don't care, but all those feelings I had that you and I were much the same (strong independent women) are GONE! 

All this makes me so sad, sad that I don't want to be a part of "YOUR" board anymore, but I am just going to tell you that you and Nick brought this on yourselves.  But then maybe you don't need me or Meloc, Vera, HilltopDaisy, RascalDaisy or Lisa the Grand Poobaa (which by the way was one of the most catty and rude things I have ever seen done)and you and Nick can just be happy in this little world you have created.

By the way I am posting this on your Blog instead of emailing you because that is the kind of game you played with Vera!

I love the quaint hippiesque Peace LOL   Please, ask Lisa about the Grand Pooh Bah thing would ya?  It had to do with the fact that since she has no life she made nearly a 1000 posts and that was just the ranking  the system gave her for being so diligent in her posting..much like jr. member, sr. member etc.   

Yes, games, that is all you guys are about...well enjoy playing them with each other while your regale each other with your homesteading accomplishments...oh wait..what's that you say...you don't have any LOL  Oh yeah,  ya'll just wanted a private little board where you could all cackle and jump at the Stickywitch shadows behind every bush LOL

Oh yeah,  we've got several members that you guys managed to run off coming back and quite frankly I can't wait for them to start posting.  They will at least have a little freedom from the Old Hen brigade:)
